A Neopronoun lesbian or a neosbian is a term that can be used to describe any lesbian who uses neopronouns. They could also use other types of pronouns along with neopronouns (ex. a lesbian that uses she/her could also use xe/xem and still be a neopronoun lesbian). Any cisgender, transgender, and non-binary lesbians can identify as a neopronoun lesbian.
There are also neopronoun gays, he/him lesbians, she/her gays, they/them lesbians, it/its lesbians, it/its gays and they/them gays.
