    The neopronoun lesbian flag,
    An alternate neopronoun lesbian flag.
    An inclusive neopronoun lesbian flag.
An alternate neopronoun lesbian flag by ElderflowerJuice.

A neopronoun lesbian (or neosbian) is a term that can be used to describe any lesbian who uses neopronouns. One could also use other types of pronouns alongside neopronouns (eg. a lesbian who uses she/her could also use xe/xem and still be a neopronoun lesbian). Cisgender, transgender, and non-binary lesbians can all identify as neopronoun lesbians.

There are also neopronoun gays, he/him lesbians, she/her gays, they/them lesbians, it/its lesbians, it/its gays, and they/them gays.

    History

The term was coined by Tumblr user pwidefwags on February 3, 2019.[1]

    Flags

Both neopronoun lesbian flags were created by pwidefwags on or before February 3, 2019. Neither have any confirmed meaning.

While pwidefwags was previously labeled as an exclusionist and asked for those who are MOGAI to not use her flags, he has since retracted this and says they no longer hold those beliefs.[2][3]

The inclusive neopronoun lesbian flag was created by EdenSilentFox on September 16, 2021. It supports all types of lesbians, including m-specs, and it shows a combination of the common lesbian and neopronoun flags. It shows a symbol of the female, non-binary, genderless, male, and xenic gender symbols.

Another inclusive flag was created by user ElderflowerJuice on September 17, 2021.[4] It is a combination of the purple neopronouns flag and the cotton candy lesbian flag.[5]
