PTB stands for predominantly testosteronized or testonized body. It's a term referring to the dominant testosterone rates someone experiences in detriment to others, such as estrogen.

The term can apply to anyone, regardless of AGAB, gender, or sex identity. For example, someone who is AMAB/wolffian and dyadic may develop a body after puberty that is predominantly testosteronized due to their spermatogenesis, as well as individuals who go through hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but there are also intersex individuals whose natural sex traits are predominantly testosteronized due to genotype.

    Its estrogenic conterpart is PEB.

    History

The term popped up in Portuguese, around 2020, more specifically in Brazil, named as corpo predominantemente testosteronizado (CPT).[1][2]
