PEB stands for predominantly estrogenized or estradiolized body. It's a term referring to the dominant estrogen or estradiol rates someone experiences in detriment to others, such as testosterone.
The term can apply to anyone, regardless of AGAB, gender, or sex identity. For example, someone who is AFAB/müllerian and dyadic may develop a body after puberty that is predominantly estrogenized due to their oogenesis, as well as individuals who go through hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but there are also intersex individuals whose natural sex traits are predominantly estrogenized due to genotype.
Its testoidal conterpart is PTB.
History
The term popped up in Portuguese, around 2020, more specifically in Brazil, named as corpo predominantemente estrogenizado (CPE).[1][2]
