Mothmangender is a gender connected to the North American cryptid Mothman, or simply when one wants to incorporate the cryptid story into their gender to better understand their identity. This can manifest as a kingender, but it isn't necessarily one. It was originally coined with neurodivergent people in mind, but it is not exclusive. It is a faunagender and may also be a kingender.

History
It was coined by Twitter user @Catboy_Naturae on July 6th, 2020.[1]
Flag
The flag, created at the same time the gender was coined has seven stripes, three shades of red, three shades of gray, and a singular white stripe in the center. These stripes represent "unique experience with Mothman, unique experience with gender, fem aligned, gender nonconformity, masc aligned, being mysterious, and connection to cryptids."
