Inuyashagender is a xenogender and animegender where one has an extremely strong connection to the anime Inuyasha or the character himself, either strongly identifying with it or simply wanting to incorporate it into their gender to better understand their identity. It was made with neurodivergent individuals in mind, though it can be used by anyone.
History
Inuyashagender was coined by FANDOM user Mayasx on December 14, 2021. The flag was created the same day.[1]
Etymology
The name Inuyasha translates to dog demon, inu meaning dog and yasha meaning demon.
