Calistian refers to someone who is both mspec veldian (solian) and mspec cenelian (or enbian), either at the same time, or switching between them. It may be considered a shorthand for someone who is both, or it can be used as a label of its own. It is a companion to despian, along with labels like solian, lunian, and stellian.
History
Calistian, along with despian, was created by Tumblr user kenochoric on January 19th, 2021.[1] Calistian is based off of the moon Callipso, and the flag is based off of the solian flag. Similarly to despian, lunian, solian, and others, calistian is part of the astral alignments, which is a large collection of mspec terms.[2]
