    The aporangi pride flag.

Aporangi is an androgynous gender/lingender in which one is both androgynous/androgyne and aporine/aporagender. Their gender may be fluid or fluctuate, and could also be used to describe a polygender person who has both androgynous and aporine genders. Someone who is aporangi does not have to experience both exclusively or equally.

The xenine equivalent of this term is xendrogyne.

    History

Aporangi was coined by Tumblr user panvampic on March 26, 2021[1] as a term to go alongside xendrogyne, which was coined a few months beforehand.

Tumblr user xenovampire created Aporangi intending for it to be an androgynous gender and never specified it as a xenogender.

    Flag

The flag was coined alongside with aporangi on March 26, 2021. The design is inspired by the aporagender and androgyne flag. The blue and pink represent masculinity and femininity, respectively, and the purple represents the blend of the two to make androgyny. The yellow represents aporagender, and the yellow and purple blending represents both androgyne and aporagender being one.
