Twinkgender is a gender identity that it's tied to the idea of being a twink, or a gender that can only be described as a twink. This may be used as a gender by itself or accompanied by other complimentary labels.
History
The concept of twink as a gender identity seems to appear during May 4th of 2020 [1], although it's possible it had existed before that. The-mogai-community-fandom would add the term "twinkgender" to the orientagiondender entry on September 8th of that same year.[2]
