Surrealmemegender (also known as Surrememegender or Surmegender) is a memegender that connects to surreal memes, often including characters such as Meme Man, Orang, Vegetal, and other well-known characters. Someone who identifies with it may have a hyper-fixation on surreal memes or have a deep connection with them, or some may incorporate it into their gender to better understand it. One who identifies with it may also feel as if their gender is surreal in a way, but more in a comedical sense that relates to surreal memes.

Surrealmemegender may also be called surrememecoric, for those who see it more as an aesthetic/aesthetigender and less comedically in a sense. Someone who identifies with surrealmemegender may also identify with a kingender related to one of the surreal meme characters, but not all may feel the same way.
