Shroomishgender is a gamegender (specifically a subset of pokemongender) for individuals who identify with characteristics of the Pokemon Shroomish. Shroomishgender appeals to neurodivergent (as well as neurotypical) individuals who may feel shroomish can better articulate their relation to gender. Shroomishgender expresses a mixture of indifference, easygoingness, and neutrality in regards to gender identity.

Shroomishgender was coined by Twitter user twerg45, December 13th, 2021. The shroomishgender flag was created by the same user on the same date; its design captures the expression of general indifference that is characteristic of shroomish.[1]
