Sapphic4Sapphic, Faunic4Faunic, Daunic4Daunic, or Lesbian4Lesbian is a term that describes a woman/woman-aligned/non-binary individual who chooses to only be in sapphic and queer relationships. They choose to only date those who are women/woman-aligned/non-binary, who also love women/woman-aligned/non-binary individuals. This includes those who are lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, queer, m-spec, etc.
History
The term was first mentioned by Tumblr user themogaidragon on September 10, 2021. Xe mentioned in a post talking about mean lesbians and watermelon gays in France that xyr were planning to coin Sapphic for Sapphic.[1]
The term was officially coined by Tumblr user themogaidragon on September 15, 2021.[2] The flag was created by the same user on the same day. It is a combination of the sapphic, lesbian, and T4T flags.
