Poly gay or ply gay is someone who uses both labels gay and polysexual/polyromantic/etc.
Some reasons why someone might use both of these labels are:
- split attraction model/being varioriented (example: an polyromantic homosexual, or an polysexual homoromantic).
- experiencing a fluid orientation (example: an abrosexual that is fluid between being polysexual and homosexual/simulsexual).
- experiencing both orientations simultaneously (example: duosexual).
- having a preference for individuals of the same gender and prioritizing ones attraction to them.
- using gay as an umbrella label while being poly.
- being part of a system (such as in pluric attraction modal).
- a gay individual who is attracted to multiple, but not all, genders.
- an homoflexible ply man.
It includes poly stellians, poly solians (poly-veldians), and poly lunians (poly-lesbian).
