Phantasex is a term for sex figurations that do not occur in real people or meatspace or bodies that can only exist in fantasy, and body plans that are not physically viable or possible.

The term was suggested by Weasyl user farorenightclaw on 23 July 2015.[1] The phantasex flag was designed by Tumblr user varsex-pride on Januaru 18, 2021.[2]
