Paranoidboy refers to someone whose gender is boy, is part boy, or is occasionally boy simply because of PPD reasons. It can also mean that someone is a boy, and their gender is affected by their PPD.
This term is exclusive to those with PPD.
History
The term and it's flag were coined by Tumblr user caninophobia on September 7th, 2022.[1]
