A pansexual lesbian (or pan-lesbian for short) is someone who is both pansexual and a lesbian.
There are many reasons why one would use Pan-Lesbian:
- Pan-Lesbian may be used with the split attraction model. It may apply to someone who is pansexual homoromantic, homosexual panromantic, or someone who experiences pan and/or lesbian tertiary attraction.
- Pan-Lesbian may be used by people who identify as both pansexual and lesbian due to abrosexuality, aka changing attraction.
- Pan-Lesbian may be used by an pansexual/panromantic person who prefers non-men.
- Pan-Lesbian may also be used by someone who uses lesbian as an umbrella term.
- Identifying as pan-lesbian due being part of a plural system, such as having a different sexuality when fronting, or being in a median system where one member somewhat experiences their headmate(s)' attraction(s).
