Oozeantifem is a xenogender where a person feels a connection to black ooze. This is described by one of the coiners who identifies with this term as imagining ooze when she thinks of her gender. With oozeantifem there is also a connection to being female and the idea of being feminine. The connection to ooze and femininity are both separate things, defined as individual concepts but also united in this gender label.
History and flag
The oozeantifem term was coined on January 12, 2021 by Sailor of the Em System and Rez of the Sci System in the Berryville Discord server. This label was created through a collaboration between Sailor and Rez as they tried to find words to describe Sailor's experience with gender. The flag was made by Sailor and the term's formal description was typed by Rez.
The black and grey in the oozeantifem flag represents the connection to ooze. The white in the flag represents the division between the two main parts of this gender. The pink shows a connection to femininity.
