Pan-Lesbian is a term for when one is pan but one's attraction leans towards the lesbian side. As in, one has a stronger attraction to women, or becomes attracted to women more easily. It is similar to homoflexible/lesbiflexible. One can be also be panromantic, pan(queer)platonic or otherwise pan-.
