Neopronoungender, also known as neoprogender, is when an individual has not yet figured out their gender, but knows that the pronouns they want to be referred to with are neopronouns. It can be considered a placeholder for one's gender identity until one figures out their true identity but knows what pronouns they want to use. It can also be used as a term if one sees their gender as nothing more than pronouns, or does not want to or feels they cannot elaborate further beyond their pronouns.
Neopronoungender is a form of pronoungender. Similar and related terms are hegender, shegender, theygender, itgender, nounselfgender and namegender.

The flag consists of shades of purple, the color of individuality and creativity, to represent those who use neopronouns' lack of fear in being non-conformant with their identity, with purple also being a mix of colors associated with masculinity and femininity, to encompass the association with the binary of some neopronoungender people. The quill in the middle represents the identity's association with language.
