Monointerpretarian is a mutogender and subset of Interpretarian. It is defined as when someone's gender is perceived differently by multiple individuals, the person identifies picks and only identifies with one of the genders. A person who is Monointerpretarian may have an interspersion of their own gender.[1]
For example: if person X is female but is perceived by person Z as male, perceived by person Y as a demigirl, and perceived by person W as agender, person X only identifies with demigirl.

This term was coined by discord user Samnaderi#9023 on 10 June 2022.[1] The name was suggested by discord user cherrybirb#7221.[2]
