Mixolydigender is a modegender and musicgender that feels restless and upbeat, or relates to the Mixolydian mode. One may feel that their gender can only be described using the Mixolydian mode. Alternatively, one's gender might change and/or fluctuate while listening to music that uses the Mixolydian scale, or while playing an instrument in the Mixolydian scale.

The mixolydigender flag was created by Tumblr user synpa-tee on August 3, 2021.[2] There are four stripes: an orange stripe, a green stripe, a yellow stripe, and a red stripe. The colors have no meaning but are meant to be tense and restless, yet not negative.
