    The male-female flag

Male-female (also known as man-woman, woman-man, girlboy, boygirl, guygal, galguy, werwifgender, or werewifegender) refers to someone who identifies as both a man and a woman, or is connected to both manhood and womanhood. They may identify partially or entirely as a man and partially or entirely as a woman. They may experience these genders simultaneously or their gender can be fluid or flux. One may also identify as bigender, androgyne, or femache.

    Flag

The male-female flag was designed by Tumblr user imoga-pride on January 3, 2019.[1]

The man-woman flag was designed by mod Kau of Tumblr blog Beyond-MOGAI-Pride-Flags on May 22, 2018.[2] It was based on Tumblr user Trintinic's man and woman flags.

A boygirl flag and a manwoman flag was created by Tumblr user FlippingPancake on July 13, 2021. The flags were made together to match.[3] For the boygirl flag, pinks represents girl/girlhood, blues represents boy/boyhood, and purple represents the combination of boy and girl and the interconnection of them into one identity. For the man-woman flag, reds and pinks represent woman/womanhood, blues represents man/manhood, and purple represents the combination of man and woman and the interconnection of them into one identity. The white stripe on both was put to make the flags more aesthetically pleasing. Both of them has a version with the bigender/male-female gender symbol and a version without.
