Loveless Aromantic, or Loveless Aro, describes someone who is on the Aromantic Spectrum and is disconnected from the concept of love or may doubt that they feel love. This does not necessarily mean one lacks empathy or other emotions, and is not to be confused with Panaspec, though someone who is panaspec may also consider themselves to be loveless. Loveless Aros will often times feel other attractions and use the Split Attraction Model.

Since Loveless Aros are in some way disconnected from love, while they may appear to "love" those close to them, they do not feel that it is love but rather compassion or a mutual understanding. They may not personally believe in, or may feel uncomfortable with, the concepts of soulmates, the red string of fate, any other forms of inevitable love, and/or different forms of love such as platonic.

While all of aspec is harmed by Amatonormativity, loveless aros are especially harmed by it from the reclamation of not feeling love, similar to how Voidpunk reclaimed being inhuman. Some Alloromantic Asexuals may try to make themselves more palatable by claiming they can "still love"
