    The junian flag.

Junian is an exclusive term for black LGBTQ+ individuals who are attracted to other black LGBTQ+ individuals. Its sibling flags are the erosian flag and oshian flag.

    History

The term and flag were made by Twitter user 52zosan on August 20, 2021, due to "being tired of dealing with black LGBTQ being excluded from everyone else and acting like they don't exist".

    Flag

Grey represents being reliable with your loved ones. Orange represents balance with your mind, body, and soul. Brown represents being more creative than others. Light grey represents being authoritative with what you want. Beige represents being supportive towards others in your community.

    Etymology

The term deprives from Juno, who is the Roman goddess of marriage, commitment, loyalty and fertility. She also resembles Hera from Greek mythology.
