The masculine equivalent is holoboy.
History
The term hologirl and it’s flag was coined on July 28th 2023 by Tumblr user snowkit-and-blackquill and submitted to Tumblr user neopronouns.[1]
Etymology
The prefix “holo-“ means whole.[2]
