A he/her lesbian refers to a lesbian who uses he/her pronouns, but is still a woman, woman-aligned, or non-aligned. It's a form of pronoun non-conformity, gender conforming usage, and cross pronoun usage. The term can be used by any woman or nonbinary person who is wlw (sapphic) and uses he/her pronouns. These pronouns can be exclusive or one can be multipronominal. Lesbians may refer to themselves with he/her pronouns to express their disconnect, and connection, from their gender.
