Genderlie is a term for people who experience delusions, confabulation, or compulsive lying who believe their gender is a part of an elaborate lie they've been telling to the point of believing it themselves, with or without proof. It is an exclusive gender.

The genderlie flag was created by Discord user ||Shade#4168. A flag made of five stripes: a purple one, a teal one, a purplish pink one, and a pink one. There is a white circle in the center and it is joined to the edge with a black twisted triangle and a brown one. The colors on the right of the circle are lighter than those on the left.
