Eugonadal refers to people with functioning gonads (reproductive organs). This includes people with hyperfunctional gonads (hypergonadal), in addition to people who's gonads function the "standard" amount.
History
The term appears to have been introduced by Tumblr user arco-pluris on August 24, 2018.[1] However, its coiner is unknown.[2][3]
