Companiogender is a neurogender and/or xenogender specific for systems that have companions. It is a gender that can only be described by companions, since the experience of being a companion in a system is so unique the gender experiences that come with it would be just as unique as the companions themselves.
It can be used as a modifier or alongside other genders to help describe a companion's experience with gender, such as companiogirl, companioboy, companioenby, etc.
History
This term was coined by Cryptocrew, specifically Alex, on June 7th - June 10th. This term was coined through this page, and has no outside resources.
Flag
The companiongenderflag was coined by Lightlozabow on Jan 28, 2022. The middle three stripes are taken directly from the Squish System flag, as it represents platonic relationships within the context of systems. The white and black stripes are taken from the systemfluid flag. The pink and bottom yellow stripes are taken from the platonic attraction flag.
