Cassgender is a gender identity describing an individual who may experience a gender identity but feels that it is unimportant. Cassgender may also describe an individual who is indifferent towards the idea of gender identity.
Cassgender is different from a lack of gender, as a cassgender individual may have a gender but not feel that it's an important part of their identity or they feel that having a label isn’t necessary for them.
A related term is cassflux, where the level of indifference fluctuates. Sometimes one might feel completely indifferent towards gender, but at other times gender might feel more important.
Cassgender individuals who are male-aligned may use the term cassboy. Cassgender individuals who are female-aligned may use the term cassgirl. Cassgender individuals who are non-binary-aligned may use the term cassenby.
