Camiona is a pejorative word used primarily against masculine women, particularly butch lesbians and other gender non-conforming sapphics in Chile. [1]

Origins
The word translates directly from Spanish as "truck" [2], but with the letter A at the end indicating that the word applies to women [3]. It comes from the general lesbophobic tradition of comparing masculine women with men and heavy vehicles, following the example of "traktorlesbe" in Norwegian [4] and "troquera" in Spanglish [5].
Reclamation
Sapphic women can be seen reclaiming the word as their own, however it is still not advisable to use it without permission, as it may be uncomfortable for specific women in the community.
