Bigenital, also known as bisex, refers to someone who has or desires to have 2 sets of genitals. It is a subset of multigenital and sometimes considered synonymous with salmacian, but not always.
History
The terms bisex and bigenital, along with the first flag, were created by Tumblr user imoga-pride on December 14th, 2018.[1] A bigenital specific flag was created by Tumblr user satyrradio on July 2nd, 2024.[2] It is based off of the bigender flag.
