Not to be confused with apeirogender
Apeirongender, or apeironic, refers to someone whose gender is both agender and pangender, otherwise feeling like everything and nothing at the same time. They are usually apathetic to their gender, but still acknowledge they have a gender, although complex.
Flag
The flag's color meanings are as follows:
- light green, representing feeling genderless/agender
- pale yellow, representing the connection to being non-binary, and/or the gender non-conformity one feels
- light blue, representing the connection to masculinity
- light purple, representing feelings of gender apathy
- soft pink, representing the connection to femininity
Etymology
Apeiron (pronounced appear-on) is a Greek word meaning "(that which is) unlimited," "boundless", "infinite", or "indefinite" from ἀ- a-, "without" and πεῖραρ peirar, "end, limit", "boundary", the Ionic Greek form of πέρας peras, "end, limit, boundary".
