    The weathergender flag

Weathergender, also known as envirogender, is a xenogender in which one's gender matches the environment they are in outside. For example, if the weather outside is sunny, the gender would be sunlight. If it becomes windy, the gender would change to wind or air, or be a combination of sunlight and wind. However, since it matches the weather, this only occurs outdoors; when inside, one normally feels anthrogenders or any non-xenogender. The genders felt inside are undetermined and vary between individuals.

    Flag

    Alternate Flag

The colors on the flag mean as follows: blue for rain or snow, light blue for air and sky, white for weather and many genders, gold for the sun, and orange for earth. The colors are organized in a gradient to represent fluidity. The pastel color palette represents transparency, showing how the gender "dissolves" and becomes part of the environment.

The alternative flag was made to separate from the aroace flag. The darker colors are meant to represent storms, fog, and potentially extreme weather.

    History

The term was coined on January 5th, 2021 by an anonymous wiki user. The flags were made on the same day. The names weathergender and envirogender come from the gender matching the weather or environment.
