    The voragender flag.

Voragender is a xenogender that feels like a memory or is otherwise intangible. Gender to someone who is voragender feels wispy and barely existent, like it can fade into nothingness, or like it can float or fly away at times.

    Etymology

The prefix vora is Latin, referring to consumption and ingestion, usually used in relation to eating. In the case of voragender, whatever sensation of gender the person has ever had has been metaphorically consumed to the point that it barely remains. Unlike voidgender however, voragender people still sense the presence of gender in themselves rather than sensing non-gender or focusing on the void.

In German, voragender translates to “more prominent.”

    History and Flag

The term and flag were created by FANDOM user Ghjionhu on January 25, 2021.

The flag consists of five stripes. The third stripe is meant to signify traditional gender expressions, with pink for femininity, blue for masculinity, and the shades of purple in the middle representing androgyny, meaning that anyone across the spectrum of experiences with gender can be voragender.
