Ventigender is a term for people who feel connected to and/or identify with the wind/air and tend to feel their gender more strongly depending on the wind’s current strength around them. This is a mutogender.

The term comes from “ventus”, the Latin word for wind.

Ventigender was coined before February 19, 2017. The flag was created by DeviantArt user Pride-Flags on the same day.[1]
