Uterus didelphys, or didelphic uterus, is an CTF intersex variation affecting approximately 1 in 3,000 AFAB or otherwise CTF individuals, in which one has double uterus and two separate cervices, and possibly a double vagina as well.[1][2] The term hemivagina is sometimes used in naming the variation OVHIRA.[3][4]

Each uterus has a single horn and a single ovary. It is a congenital variation where the Müllerian ducts failed to fuse when in the womb.[5] individuals with the variation may be asymptomatic and unaware of having a double uterus, how they are more likely to experience severe menstrual pains and pain during sex.
Someone with this variation may be able to get pregnant, and may even be able to get pregnant in both uteruses. In the majority of cases, the babies survive; however, they have a higher chance of premature birth.
