* Do not ask us about our triggers unless we explicitly say it is okay. We are formed exclusively from trauma, and discussion of our triggers can cause flashbacks, panic attacks, and dissociation.
* Do not interact with us if you are currently age regressed, or are a system little, particularly if you use "baby talk" (ex: speaking wike dis). We aren't against you, but childlike behaviors can be triggering for us in some cases, and we'd prefer not to interact with someone at the mental age of a child.
* Use the term "headmate" for us instead of "alter". While we may reclaim the term alter and use it for ourselves, we are not comfortable with other people calling us "alters" and would prefer others call us headmates.
