Twinks are a subcultural micro-label of gay men (vincians) who appear younger then they really are, often having a thin body frame.
The 'burly' counterpart to a twink is known as a bear.

Twinks are extremely sexualized in media, and usually stereotyped to be feminine in nature, bad in bed or weak.
