Transfeminine or trans-fem is a gender identity where one was assigned male at birth, but identifies as a woman more then other genders, for example feeling mostly feminine and partially masculine is an example of trans-femininity. Trans feminine people are sometimes called MtF or M2F (male to female).
This may include:
- Demigirls
- Binary trans women
- Genderfluid people who identify as female more often then a man, this is otherwise called genderfae or genderfaer.
- Lunarians
- Any non-binary person who is female aligned, and leans towards femininity.
The masculine equivalent to transfeminine is called transmasculine and the neutral equivalent is transneutral.
