Toongender is a xenogender in which someone feels an extremely strong connection to rubber hose animations and/or toon characters, either strongly identifying with them or simply wanting to incorporate them into their gender to better understand their identity. Toongender can be an umbrella term for other genders that relate to specific rubber hose animations and/or toon characters.
