Ternegender is a gender that is small and dull, however it is not weak or hollow. It itself is small and feels dull, but it is still firmly there and instead of being weak and hollow due to its smallness, it is full in its dullness, making it strong and not weak.
History and Etymology
Ternegender was coined by an anonymous person, as was the flag, but both have been around since at least July 29, 2016. It comes from the French word for dull, "terne".
