Ternegender is a gender that is small and dull but firmly still there. Instead of being weak and hollow due to its smallness, however, it is full in its dullness, making it strong and not weak.
Ternegender can be used a modifier, such as terneboy, ternegirl, and ternenonbinary.
Etymology
Terne is the French word for dull.
History and Flag
Ternegender was coined by an anonymous person, as was the flag, but both have been around since at least July 29, 2016.[1]
