Teddygender is a subcategory of catgender, in which the person feels the catgender is soft, fuzzy, and light gray. This can also be considered an aesthetigender as it differs from catgender by feeling softer in nature.

    History

The term teddygender was coined by FANDOM User HappyCat777 on or before October 14th, 2020.

    Flags

It is unknown when the first flag was coined. The second flag was coined by a user going by Adora on November 4th, 2020. The colors are based off of the original flag. Blue represents softness, pink represents the loving nature of cats, green represents the playful nature of cats, and grey represents feeling as though your gender is grey.

The alternate teddygender flag was designed by FANDOM User Unicornian on March 24, 2021. The grey represents grey, the light grey represents fuzziness, the yellow represents softness, the pink represents cuteness and femininity, the blue represents smallness and masculinity, and the green neutrality and xeninity with silliness of bears and cats.

The third flag was made by Tumblr user felix-makes-flags on December 15th, 2021.[1]
