This might just be the most biased and polemic article I have ever read in my life. Truscum/Transmed claim that you need gender dysphoria to be trans, which is a real thing and does NOT mean eternal suffering, just that you don't feel comfortable with your primary and secondary sex characteristics such as genitals, chest, voice etc. The whole thing about transmeds hating people who are not gender non-conforming is also wrong. Yes, some people are assholes about people who don't do anything to pass, but this has nothing to do with being dysphoric. In fact people who claim to be trans without dysphoria reinforce gender roles (not "rolls" like in this article, who even wrote this mess?) because without dysphoria, there's nothing that makes you trans other than abstract feelings and...well, gender roles.
If the whole wiki is like this I'm not going to take it seriously. Even if transmed were a bigoted group, the way this article is written and phrased is absolutely laughable.
