i used to participate heavily in centrist/rightist trans groups (i'm a marxist now, dont come at me) and even in those extreme groups i only ever twice came across someone who genuinely thought like the transmeds described here.
a transmed is just someone who thinks you need dysphoria (incl. incongurence!!) to be transgender. thats it. thats the whole ideology. lots of transmeds are nb, lots are gnc, leftists and more than open to polite discourse w non-dysphoric folk, yall have just been misled.
