To comment on a few other comments below, there are other forms of discrimination that asexuals may experience. Like corrective r*pe. It use to be in the DSM (basically a list of mental illnesses and how to diagnose them and etc) and I've read that in Russia (I think) asexuals and transgender people aren't allowed to drive. Also, a longer acronym is LGBTQIA+. I'll give acephobes a hint for what A stands for, it doesn't stand for ally.
