Surreptitiousgender is a xenogender where one does not share their gender because it feels very emotional, personal, or spiritual. This does not mean that the gender of a surreptitiousgender person is irrelevant but that they do not feel comfortable sharing it.
The sexuality version of this is surreptitioussexual.
