The term and flag were created on March 19, 2021, likely by a troll, but was reclaimed the same day. The original description of the flag was, "The Superigender flag represents the highest country, and being in existence. It is the Ugandon flag behind an image of god." The alternate flag was made by wikia user burnt espresso on the same day the term was made.
