Semisensual is the sensual counterpart of semisexual, and has its own definition similar to merosensual and parosensual described as feeling sensual attraction in different forms but not complete ;desire for some sensual acts but others not. How this type of attraction involves various tactile acts [kisses, hugs, cuddle, touch, fondle, etc.] it may be good to express when you want to hug but never kiss someone and vice-verse, for example.
